Versatile is hiring full-time CNC Machine Operators to help produce custom wood components for cabinets, commercial furniture, store fixtures, and millwork products in a clean modern manufacturing facility.

What You’ll Do

• Operate CNC machines producing wood and furniture components
• Set up machines and load materials
• Read prints, work orders, and cut files
• Monitor machine quality and production output
• Make adjustments to maintain accuracy and efficiency
• Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting
• Work with the production team to keep jobs moving efficiently

Experience We’re Looking For

Experience is preferred, but we are open to training mechanically inclined candidates with backgrounds in:

• CNC operation
• Manufacturing
• Woodworking
• Cabinet production
• Machining
• Construction or shop work

Qualified candidates should:

• Be dependable and motivated
• Have good mechanical aptitude
• Be able to read a tape measure
• Have attention to detail
• Work well in a team environment
