Versatile is hiring a Assembly Team Lead to run daily operations in our millwork and commercial furniture department.
This is a working lead position — you’ll guide a team, keep production on track, and ensure quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 6–12 employees in assembly and production
- Coordinate daily production schedules and workflow
- Ensure quality standards in assembly and manufacturing
- Train, coach, and hold team members accountable
- Troubleshoot production issues and improve efficiency
- Track labor and production using ERP systems
Qualifications
- Experience as a Team Lead, Supervisor, or Lead in manufacturing or assembly
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage workflow and meet production deadlines
- Experience in woodworking, millwork, cabinetry, or furniture is a plus
